Outreach service is a personalized approach to seeking out older persons, identifying their service needs, and motivating, as well as assisting them to access available services.
Prescription Assistance Program
The Prescription Assistance Program is designed to advocate on behalf of clients facing difficulty obtaining prescription medication in parts of North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota.
Public Transportation
Public Transit is available throughout the counties and adjacent counties served by South Central Adult Services for people of all ages and for a variety of purposes.
About Us
South Central Adult Services is a non-profit corporation that has been in operation since 1983. Its purpose is:
- to provide services to allow our elderly to remain independent and involved in their communities for as long as possible
- to provide public transportation for many purposes which include medical appointments, shopping, recreation, personal and to meal sites
- to provide prescription assistance to those in need
